The comparative characteristics of magnetite deposits of the Kovdor (camaphorite deposit) and Tomtor (Onkuchakh area) plutons, which were formed during the carbonatite stage of the formation of the plutons and can be classifed «ore precarbonatites», is provided. The mineral and chemical ore composition of the deposits and their geochemical features are revealed. The style of precarbonatite deposits depends on lithological peculiarities of carbonatite complexes and indicates the complex structure of precarbonatites ore complex. It includes various types of deposits, depending not only on lithological features of the complex plutons, but also on combination of ore rocks with carbonatites, which occur at diferent stages of the evolution of carbonatite process. A scenario of structure of ore precarbonatite complex is proposed.
