White dense kenyaite (Na2Si22O41(OH)8 6H2O) nodules were found by enthusiasts in dumps of exploration mines of the Rechnoe cacholong occurrence in the Adamovsky district of the Orenburg region. The nodules occurred among eroded black shales and contained small aggregates of maga-diite NaSi7O13(OH)3 · H2O. Apparently, this is the frst fnding of kenyaite and magadiite in Russia.
